PANCAKE CEREAL

You will need:


The following Ingredients:

- 1 ripe banana

- 1 cup whole wheat flour

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

- 1 tablespoon honey (plus extra for drizzling)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-  Cooking spray or teaspoon olive oil

- Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

- Additional banana slices for topping


Instructions:


  1. Prepare the Batter:

   - In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.

   - Add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

   - Pour in the almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until you have a smooth batter.


  1. Cook the Pancakes:


   - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add cooking spray or oil.

   - Use a teaspoon to drop small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form mini pancakes.

   - Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.

   - Repeat until all the batter is used.


  1. Assemble the Pancake Cereal:

    - Place the mini pancakes in a bowl and top with fresh berries and banana slices.

    - Drizzle with honey for added sweetness.
