You will need:
The following Ingredients:
-- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1-2 Medjool dates (pitted)
-Scoop protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon caramel extract (optional)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- Ice cubes (optional, for thickness)
Instructions:
1. Prepare Ingredients:
Make sure the dates are pitted and the banana is frozen for a creamier texture.
2. Blend:
Add all the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Adjust Consistency:
If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add a few ice cubes or water and blend again.
