Service Description

Our Pilates method is like no other; Our focus is more of a strength based approach to Pilates, we will either do reps and sets or a tabata based class. Don't be fooled by the name, you will walk out drenched. This workout is usually 40-45 minutes long.

PLEASE NOTE: No Refunds! Your bookings are only valid for 4 weeks and any missed sessions will be forfeited. You will be charged a full class fee for late cancellations and no shows even if you have paid for the class.
