Service Description
Tabata circuit style with functional movements. During this class you can expect between 6-8 exercise stations; the exercises will be 45 seconds or 1 minute of work followed by 15- 10 seconds rest inbetween each and after you have completed your rest you then move onto your next station until all your stations are complete for at least 3-5 rounds. This workout is typically 45 - 50 minutes long
