FISH TACOS

You will need:
Ingredients:
For the Fish Tacos
- 150g white fish fillets (like cod or hake) or 150g halloumi for vegetarians
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lime wedges for serving
For the Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons fat free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fish or Halloumi:
- If using fish, pat dry and season with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- If using halloumi, slice into thick pieces and season with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Grill:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat or air fry
- Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through and flaky.
- Grill the halloumi for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and slightly crispy.
3. Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix fat free yogurt, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt until smooth.
4. Assemble the Tacos:
- Warm the tortillas on the grill on a dry hot pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Place shredded cabbage on each tortilla.
- Add grilled fish or halloumi.
- Top with avocado slices and drizzle with the yogurt sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
5. Serve:
- Serve with lime wedges on the side for an extra burst of flavor.
