CHICKEN PASTA

You will need:

Ingredients:


Chicken:

- 2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon chicken spice

- 1 teaspoon olive oil


Pasta:

- 200g spaghetti

- 2 cloves garlic, sliced

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Handful of kale or spinach (optional)

- Salt and pepper to taste


Roasted Tomatoes:

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

-1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:


1. Marinate Chicken:

   - In a bowl, combine chicken cubes with soy sauce and chicken spice. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.


2. Cook Chicken:

   - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

   - Add the marinated chicken cubes and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside.


1. Cook Spaghetti:

   - Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.


2. Prepare Pasta:

   - In the same pan, add olive oil and sliced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.

   - Add kale or spinach if using, and cook until wilted.

   - Toss the cooked spaghetti in the pan to coat with the garlic and greens. Season with salt and pepper.



1. Roast Tomatoes:

   - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or pop into the airfryer

   - Place cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper.

   - Roast for about 15 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and slightly charred.


Serving:

  - On a plate, arrange the chicken cubes, spaghetti, and roasted tomatoes separately.

  - Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
