Service Description

A HYROX based movement class; utilising the standardised exercises performed at HYROX races; combined either with running or erg work for the cardio or a half HYROX simulation. Typically we do partner workouts with the "You Go, I Go" method Combined with an AMRAP style. Example: You would have a time cap of 8 minutes and 1x exercise with a certain amount of reps, while your partner does reps you rest and then you will keep swapping until you complete as many rounds as possible in your time cap. This workout is usually 50-55 minutes long.

PLEASE NOTE: No Refunds! Your bookings are only valid for 4 weeks and any missed sessions will be forfeited. You will be charged a full class fee for late cancellations and no shows even if you have paid for the class.
